The Azkoyen Group, a Spanish technology multinational based in Navarra and specialised in the designing, manufacturing and marketing of advanced technological solutions, has developed “TentoBOX”, the first 4.0 restaurant on the market and a pioneer in Spain.

On this website:, the user can choose from a varied menu based on Mediterranean recipes and oriental fusion cuisine, prepared with natural and fresh products. Tento prepares and replenishes their offers every day, allowing the client to choose between multiple healthy and balanced diets, as well as a wide range of dishes for vegetarian, celiac or allergic users who will also be able to consult what ingredients or allergens each preparation contains.

The easy and fast model of online reservations and collection in a Tentobox point makes the process adapt to the daily rhythm of each user, making family and work conciliation easier. For example, the user can make reservations on the way to work or at mid-morning during coffee break. In addition, payment can be made through various options: wallet, bank card, PayPal or card, restaurant ticket.

Also, Azkoyen Group has developed an ecosystem with Intel technology that provides intelligence 4.0 to the TentoBox module, the Internet of Things (IoT) of healthy food, connecting it with the e-commerce module, the ERP of the Tento factory and the means of payment. A large platform for order management in the cloud and physical collection of the product, which allows a real-time control of the available product offer, as well as expiration of the products, in order to facilitate the management of food production and logistics for Tento, while optimizing the user experience throughout the purchase and consumption process.

Currently, the first pilot tests have been carried out in the busy Vodafone offices and in the Miniparc Business Campus of Soto de la Moraleja both in Madrid and will be extended to new points in the second half of 2018.
