Grupo Azkoyen presents its latest innovations at HIP 2026 (Horeca Professional Expo)
- The company, under its brands Azkoyen, Ascaso and Cashlogy by Azkoyen, will present the latest innovations in coffee and payment automation for the Horeca channel from February 16 to 18 at IFEMA, Madrid.
- On Wednesday, February 17, Juanje Alberdi, General Manager of the coffee, vending and payment media division of Grupo Azkoyen, will participate in a round table focused on new business models for foodservice.
Grupo Azkoyen, a multinational leader in the design, manufacture and commercialization of technological solutions in the areas of coffee, payment systems and security systems, will be present at the HIP (Horeca Professional Expo) trade fair, one of the main European events for the Horeca channel. The event will take place from February 16 to 18 at the IFEMA Madrid exhibition center. At this edition, the group will attend with three of its brands, Azkoyen, Ascaso and Cashlogy by Azkoyen, presenting proposals focused on the daily operations of Horeca businesses.
Coffee innovation to boost profitability and quality
The Azkoyen brand will present its range of automatic coffee machines, designed to improve the consumer experience, ensuring exceptional in-cup quality, greater consistency in every service, and fast and efficient preparation, adapted to the pace and demands of any Horeca establishment, while maximizing business profitability.
Meanwhile, Ascaso will showcase its professional espresso machines, which combine barista tradition with the latest technology, including capsule-compatible models and coffee solutions designed to meet the needs of cafés, restaurants, hotels and all types of Horeca businesses.
Smart automation in payment management
Cashlogy by Azkoyen continues to strengthen its value proposition for the retail and hospitality sectors by expanding its range of automatic payment management solutions, whether in cash or through other electronic payment methods. This evolution responds to the operational needs of the market.
In a context where efficiency, optimization and control are strategic factors, payment management automation is becoming increasingly important as a tool to streamline processes and reduce incidents. Cashlogy eliminates the need for staff to handle cash directly, ensuring automatic, error-free cash closings, greater control over unknown losses, and full cash control. In addition, its integration with major point-of-sale systems enables easy implementation adaptable to different environments.
Furthermore, during the trade fair, Juanje Alberdi, General Manager of Grupo Azkoyen’s coffee, vending and payment businesses, will participate in a round table focused on new business models for foodservice alongside representatives from Areas, Serunión and Ñaming. “HIP is a very important event for us because the Horeca channel is key for the group and for our brands. It is a great meeting point to present new developments and hear first-hand about the sector’s needs,” Alberdi noted.
With its participation in HIP 2026, Grupo Azkoyen reaffirms its commitment to innovation and to developing technologies that provide real value to Horeca professionals.
