–   prime Visit allows for visitor management to be done quickly and intuitively, while using latest technological standards

–   Customers like Dutch paint and chemical giant Akzo Nobel have confided in the Azkoyen Group’s primion Digitek.

Azkoyen Group, a Spanish multinational based in Navarra, has taken yet another step forward with regard to its access control and security systems. The group has recently launched the prime Visit solution through primion Digitek, a recently released modular system that automates visitor management in a professional, fast and efficient way.

prime Visit may be integrated by starting with Outlook, which facilitates the management of visitor invitations while monitoring their access and saving a record of the employees having invited them and the schedule for their visit. It may also be integrated with other primion solutions (contractor, ingress, floor plan module, etc.) as an add-on module or installed as a stand-alone application.

Visitor registration may be made via webpage, by presenting an identity document or by entering data into an online form by reception staff. When visitors arrive, their identification may be registered by scanning the data fields of various national identity documents or by scanning QR codes. Indications regarding security, floorplan locations within the premises, etc. can be printed, where visitors can identify themselves at terminal. Visitors can also be registered at reception by manually entering their identification details into the system. Furthermore, the employee responsible for the invitation is automatically informed when the visitor has arrived at the reception area of the company.

The technology behind prime Visit may be used to restrict or grant access to certain areas of a company, allowing for the effective management over visitors during an emergency inside the company.

Dutch chemical and pharmaceutical company Akzo Nobel, with a workforce numbering over 45,000 employees, has entrusted in Azkoyen Group’s primion Digitek with the installation of the prime Visit system in Spain.

Other customers, such as the Frankfurt International Airport, Deutsche Telekom, Norwegian mobile giant Telenor, Campina in Belgium, Volkswagen and Porsche, among others, have also confided in the Azkoyen Group’s primion brand for several projects.
