The Azkoyen Group, a Spanish multinational specialised in the design, manufacture and trading of advanced technological solutions, has been awarded the lifetime Reconcilia Seal from the (Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Directors of Navarra (AMEDNA) and in collaboration with the Government of Navarra.
This Seal aims to publicly recognise practices that encourage the implementation of labour conciliation policies in the Navarrese business community and the promotion of female employment, that fosters the adoption of management models that assist balancing work and personal life within the organisations operating in the Autonomous Community of Navarra.
Grupo Azkoyen was first awarded this Seal in 2014. Since then, the group has reviewed and continued implementing its policies on labour conciliation and the promotion of female employment, the basis for its back-to-back awards until the 2018 Seal, which was presented at an event on 27 November at Palacio Condestable de Pamplona, where the lifetime award was presented. Since the Seal was first awarded to the Azkoyen Group, a total of 71 measures have since been implemented.
