On Thursday 21 December, the shareholders of Azkoyen, S.A. will receive 12.3 pesetas per share (0.0739 euros) as a dividend on account from this financial year, according to the agreement adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its last meeting.

The full amount per share is 15 pesetas (0.09 euros), the same as that paid out in December 1999, and will be distributed across all shares in Azkoyen, S.A. (21,337,500 certificates with a nominal value of 0.60 euros/100 pesetas). The payment will be made through BBVA.
