MR JAVIER GARDE GARDE, on behalf of and representing AZKOYEN, S.A., in his capacity as Secretary of the Board of Directors, informs this National Securities Market Commission of the following:

SIGNIFICANT EVENT

That on 4 November the Company AZKOYEN COMERCIAL, S.A. – a company fully owned by AZKOYEN, S.A.- acquired all of the shares of the company CAFELCE, S.L. which conducts its coffee roasting and sales business in the Community of Valencia. The price of the transaction was 1,640,763.03 euros.

Through this purchase the Azkoyen Group and, in particular, AZKOYEN COMERCIAL, S.A. is increasing its coffee and catering market in the geographical area of the Community of Valencia.
