| The Company's General Meeting, held on 12 June 2001, agreed the distribution and payment of a supplementary dividend of 0.15 euros gross per share. The payment of this supplementary dividend was made from 2 July 2001, by "Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A.". A dividend on account from the Results of the 2001 financial year of 0.11 euros gross per share on 21 December 2001. |
