II) VARIATION IN COMPANIES FORMING THE CONSOLIDATED GROUP  

There have been no changes in the Companies that make up the Consolidated Group for the period of reference, except for the absorption by CHC - Compañía de Hostelería y Consumo Hispanolusa, S.A. (100% owned by Azkoyen, S.A.) of its subsidiary CAFELCE, S.L., which had been acquired outright on 4 November 2002.
